Please follow the steps below to access your Application and Background Check Form:
1. Click on the "Log Back In!" button and log in with your credentials
2. Click on "Dashboard" in the upper-right hand corner of the screen
3. Click on the box under "iForms to Complete" to get to the Background Check Authorization form and the Application
When completing the form, if there are extra employers listed on the application, you can go to the last one and click "Show Less". Continue this step until you have only the desired number of employers listed.
