What You'll Do
- Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials
- Assist with water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer, and plumbing system installations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Follow technician direction and company procedures
- Take job photos and document work as needed
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Deliver a great experience for our customers
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
- Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clear background check
Preferred (But Not Required)
- 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or trade experience
- Plumbing apprentice registration
- Drain cleaning experience
- Sewer or underground experience
- Water heater or fixture installation experience
- Basic soldering and pipe joining skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan
