Administrative Assistant (Daily Worker)

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks to support daily business operations.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and administrative records using Microsoft Excel.
• Generate accurate reports and support data analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
