Summary: Provides diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, swallow and fluency disorders. Evaluates the needs of assigned patients, establishes goals with the patient and plans and conducts treatment. Effectively interacts with patient, family and health care team members. Interacts with all life span of patient populations; pediatrics to geriatrics.
Requirements: Currently licensed in the state of Illinois as a Speech Language Pathologist. Previous SLP experience within a hospital setting required. 2 years of hospital setting experience in the last 5 years.
