JOB PURPOSE
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively.

- Revenue awareness and commercial performance across Escapade
- Provide Senior Operational Leadership
- People Development: Foster a culture of accountability, provide regular coaching and mentorship, and lead training initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Review departmental SOPs and event operation manuals, drive a zero-defect approach to health and safety, and ensure adherence to high standards of service.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure smooth running of all department
- Review Operational Standards alongside the Guest Journey
