WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

As a Junior (Associate) Resource Manager, you will support resource planning and staffing activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with Resource Managers, delivery teams, Procurement, and external vendors, you will help coordinate consultant and contractor assignments, maintain resource data, and support workforce-related processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Support staffing requests and resource allocation activities across EMEA.

• Assist with the administration of resource management processes.

• Maintain resource planning data and consultant availability information.

• Help identify suitable consultants based on skills, availability, and project needs.

• Support contractor hiring, onboarding, extensions, and renewals. 

• Prepare simple staffing reports and management updates. 

• Manage team mailboxes, documentation, and administrative tasks. 

• Track action items and support process compliance and improvements. 

WHAT WE VALUE 

• Experience in coordination, operations, administration, PMO, HR, and recruitment. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Comfortable working with data, Excel, and business systems. 

• Excellent communication skills in English. 

• A proactive and service-oriented mindset. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Experience in resource management, professional services, or project-based organizations. 

• Experience working with procurement teams, external vendors, or staffing partners. 

• Advanced skills in Excel, reporting, and dashboard preparation. 

• Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and reporting tools. 

• Experience working in a global environment.
