SINE invites passionate native English speakers to join our unique Experience Isaan Program. This immersive, short-term experience places you in government schools across Isaan—the breathtaking, culturally rich heart of Northeastern Thailand— contracts run from May 2027 to March 2028, with options for extended stays and transfers at the end of your contract.

About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to teach conversational English and fully immerse themselves in the authentic beauty of Isaan. As an English Conversation Teacher, you’ll:

• Lead interactive speaking and listening lessons to boost students’ fluency and confidence
• Live among warm, welcoming communities in traditional villages or small cities
• Taste fiery local dishes—som tam, larb, moo yang—and connect over shared sticky rice
• Explore stunning cultural traditions in the heart of Thailand
• Discover ancient Khmer temples, lush national parks, and UNESCO‑listed cultural sites
• Connect with local families, visit artisans, and learn traditional crafts.

We provide everything—textbooks, PowerPoints, multimedia, and a dedicated in‑school SINE coordinator—to ensure success. Our experienced Western and Thai leadership will manage your work permit, visa, health insurance, and IT setup.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting Salary: ฿35,000 THB per month
• Contract Completion Bonus: Up to ฿10,000 THB (฿20,000 THB full contract bonus, pro-rated depending on the start date)
• Paid Leave: Minimum two weeks in October, plus Thai public holidays
• Teaching Load: Maximum 24 lessons per week
• Visa & Permit: Fully handled by SINE’s visa team
• Visa Reimbursement: Up to ฿9,000 THB upon contract completion
• Relocation Help: Airport taxi reimbursement + housing assistance

Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Native English speaker (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, or the USA)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (no specific field required)
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is necessary; we provide all lesson plans and training
• Age: 60 years of age or under
