We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Works to lead our Works Team and oversee the delivery of civil construction and maintenance activities across Council's infrastructure network. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about safety, operational excellence and developing high-performing teams.
In this role, you will coordinate staff, plant and resources to deliver a diverse range of infrastructure projects and maintenance works. You will provide strong operational leadership, ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards, and contribute to the planning and successful delivery of Council's Civil Operations program.
Working collaboratively with operational leaders across Civil Operations, you will support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects while fostering a positive, safety-focused and high-performing team culture.
