Production Supervisor/ Team Leader
Salisbury, Wiltshire
Due to continued expansion, a vacancy has arisen for an additional Production Team
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Leader and has responsibility to ensure that the production schedule is achieved on time in a busy factory environment. Typical tasks include:
•Participation in production / management meetings
•Allocation of operators / welders to their daily jobs in line with production requirements
•Issuing and closing of works orders on the MRP system
•Inventory discipline
•Supervision & monitoring of their team members in their designated area of responsibility ensuring that they work to all relevant work instructions.
•Ensuring compliance with rules regarding HS&E (Safety, PPE Etc)
FLT experience an advantage.
