Your mission
Design, prototype, and validate the rugged electronic systems, power distribution networks, and sensor interfaces that power our next-generation autonomous UAVs.
Responsibilities
- Circuit & PCB Design: Create schematic designs and multi-layer PCB layouts for flight controllers, power management, and sensor boards.
- Component Selection: Source reliable, high-performance components suitable for flight and defense conditions.
- Hardware Validation: Use standard lab equipment to test, debug, and verify prototype circuit boards.
- Environmental Testing: Support thermal, vibration, and electromagnetic testing to ensure hardware reliability in the field.

Qualifications
- Core Electronics Design: Proven experience in digital and analog circuit design and multi-layer PCB layout.
- CAD & Simulation Tools: Proficiency with professional EDA software (e.g., Altium, KiCad) and experience modeling and simulating power electronics systems in tools such as SPICE.
- Hands-on Debugging: Strong skills in using lab tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters to diagnose hardware issues.
- Basic Coding: Familiarity with C or Python for basic hardware bring-up and testing.
- Defense/UAV Mindset: Understanding of the ruggedness and reliability requirements needed for aerospace or defense hardware.
Nice to have
- A university degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience designing power systems, motor controllers (ESCs), or battery management systems.
- Familiarity with RF, wireless communications, or GPS integration.
- Basic understanding of how embedded software interacts with hardware sensors.
- Prior experience working with autonomous robotics or UAV platforms.
