Engineering Supervisor - The Acre

You will be working in the Building Services Operating Unit, in the Commercial Property Maintenance (CPM) department, delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.

We are currently looking for an Engineering Supervisor, based at The Acre building, central London, who will be responsible for ensuring operational delivery performance aligns with contract obligations and Building Services business processes, delivering high-quality services that achieve strong customer satisfaction and maintain compliance across various CPM sites.

As the Engineering Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, ensuring consistently high standards of performance, professionalism, and service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day client and building user relationships, setting expectations and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee KPIs and SLAs, making best use of labour, materials, and other resources to ensure contractual targets are achieved.
• Take responsibility for health, safety, environmental, and quality performance on site, ensuring full compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure the site is appropriately resourced at all times, with sufficient labour and materials to meet contractual obligations.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and the development of direct reports, including performance reviews and the annual PDR process.

We are looking for:

• Qualified in an engineering discipline to NVQ level 2 or above.
• Strong electrical background essential, including 17th or 18th Edition certification.
• LV/AP authorisation and mechanical experience would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in FM service delivery within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, with some understanding of COSHH requirements.
• Strong communication, organisational, and workload management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and ideally with experience of Concept CAFM systems.
