HR Data Specialist

You will be working in the HR Enabling Function where in Human Resources we design and deliver talent, learning and inclusion programmes that attract, develop and retain the people who make our projects possible. We are currently looking for a HR Data Specialist who will be responsible for changes to employee electronic records on our HR Information System (iTrent). 

As the HR Data Specialist, you will:

• Ensure employee data changes are entered accurately and in a timely manner in line with payroll cut-off dates.
• Manage cases in the HR Data Team queue of the Oracle RightNow system responding to queries within SLA’s.
• Maintain accurate iTrent data through regular system cleansing activities and support system upgrades, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work very closely with HR Business Partners, hrDirect, Payroll, Pensions, Car Fleet, HR Systems and HR Reporting teams.
• Train the HR community on iTrent systems i.e., iTrent, myDetails and People Manager.
• Participate in projects including continuous improvement to the service and review and update Our Way of Working, internal processes and working instructions.

We are looking for:

• Previous data entry experience using HR Information System.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and speed of input.
• Excellent customer service skills, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
