Lead Electrical Design Manager

You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.

What you'll do:

• Deliver a varied portfolio of water recycling, infrastructure, and water supply projects.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior engineers, building capability across the electrical team.
• Ensure full compliance with CDM, Electricity at Work, BS7671, WIMES, DSEAR, and all relevant technical and safety standards.
• Work across multidisciplinary teams to review designs, manage queries and change, and maintain quality, pace, and performance.
• Drive smarter delivery through sustainable, low-carbon, offsite, modular, and repeatable design solutions.

What you'll bring to the role:

• An engineering, or equivalent, degree or be able to demonstrate a degree level of knowledge through relevant experience.
• Preferably chartered, or working towards, chartered status.
• Experience of water-sector assets and capital projects.
• Knowledge of all relevent regulations, standards and codes of practice
• Experience of mentoring and coaching of junior engineers.
