The Marketing Coordinator II supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator II collaborates with business development and operations teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure materials are aligned with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives. This role manages the local marketing database, coordinates basic pursuit video efforts, and interviews staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise discretion, prioritize competing deadlines, and contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies.

The Physical Side of the Role: This is primarily a desk-based position with extensive computer work and prolonged sitting, up to 100% of the time. You can expect limited standing and walking—generally up to 25% on even surfaces. The role requires visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work, including near and far vision, color vision, and depth perception. The typical noise level is quiet. The work environment is predominantly indoors in climate-controlled spaces, with occasional time (up to 25%) in areas that are indoors but not fully controlled or outdoors under cover. The position includes significant desk time for tasks such as computer work, document review, and meetings.
Work Environment/Conditions: This role is performed primarily in an office setting. The environment includes typical office noise levels and frequent work at a computer workstation, in conference rooms, and in shared collaborative spaces. Vision requirements include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, and peripheral vision. Activities and responsibilities may involve prolonged sitting, as well as periodic walking, standing, light lifting/carrying of office materials, bending, and reaching. Due to computer usage, there may be repetitive motions of the hands and wrists. Occasional travel for meetings or training may involve driving or flying.
