Marketing & Content Intern

Remote | 20–25 hours per week | $20/hour

Potential Full-Time Opportunity

Skin Clique is looking for a creative, social-savvy Marketing & Content Intern to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, skincare, and digital marketing and wants real experience working with a fast-growing brand.

This is an intern-to-hire opportunity. We are looking for someone who can grow with the team, and for the right person who demonstrates strong performance, creativity, initiative, and cultural fit, there is potential for the internship to transition into a full-time role with Skin Clique.

The ideal candidate understands social media beyond simply using it. You know what is trending, what makes people stop scrolling, and how to turn an idea into content that feels current, engaging, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

Social Media

• Manage and engage with Skin Clique’s social channels, including comments, DMs, and community conversations
• Stay current on social media trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates
• Contribute creative ideas for engaging, brand-appropriate content

TikTok

• Create, edit, and publish 2 TikToks per day for the Skin Clique account
• Research trends and develop original TikTok concepts
• Identify opportunities to grow Skin Clique’s presence and engagement on TikTok

Content Creation

• Assist with filming, editing, and producing social-first content
• Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, product, and organic content
• Assist with product photography and other visual content

Canva & Design

• Create Canva graphics and creative assets for social media
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity across social content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends
• Naturally creative with a strong eye for visual content and storytelling
• Comfortable creating, filming, and editing short-form video
• Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable looking at data and using insights to improve content
• Genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and digital marketing
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week
• Nashville-based candidates are a plus for occasional shoots, events, and in-person content opportunities
