Warehouse Operator (Casual) - Melbourne

About the team

You will be working with the talented and compassionate Operations team at our unique National Distribution Centre located in Altona, Melbourne. You will be joining a small agile team to help fulfil orders for Australian small businesses using our innovative robotics fulfilment technology. 

About this Role

• Pick and pack orders
• Receive and putaway inventory
• On your feet for the majority of the day including lifting and bending to reach products on racking, climbing stairs, walking and standing. 
• Working with fluctuating warehouse temperatures from 25°C to 35°C 
• Adhere to strict safety, quality and fulfilment standards
• Maintain a clean working environment - taking out the rubbish, cardboard etc 

To be successful, you will need: 

• Must have the right to work in Australia and be based near to Altona. You may need to drive as there is limited public transport in the area.
• Age 16 or older
• Basic Computer experience
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills - able to assist team members
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude in achieving results
