About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Staff member to support our day-to-day financial operations. In construction, every nail, beam, and subcontracted job counts. In this role, you will play a vital part in tracking project costs, processing invoices, and keeping our project ledgers accurate.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Reconciliations
- Process high-volume vendor and supplier invoices, ensuring proper job-cost coding.
- Reconcile monthly credit card receipts and expenses from field supervisors and project managers.
- Assist with vendor payment schedules and follow-ups.
Compliance & Documentation
- Track and collect subcontractor lien waivers to keep project files compliant.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audits and tax preparation.
General Accounting Support
- Perform accurate data entry into our accounting software.
- Respond to routine billing inquiries from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist the Senior Accountant / Finance Manager with ad-hoc reporting and month-end tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Finance, Accounting Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! 1–2 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, basic formulas, data organization). Exposure to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a process-driven mindset.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to interface comfortably with both field personnel and management.
- Bonus: Background or interest in Job Costing or the construction/engineering sector.
