What will you bring?
We are currently seeking a Senior Lawyer, classified internally as a Senior Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly regarded Asbestos and Dust Disease team on a Full-Time basis, based in our Sydney office. You will step into a well-established practice with a strong referral network, loyal client base, and excellent mentoring support. The role offers high-quality matters, genuine autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for injured clients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
You will manage a diverse personal injury caseload across Asbestos and Dust Disease matters, working closely with senior lawyers and a supportive team who are passionate about achieving outstanding results. Alongside your legal work, you will play an active role in strengthening community relationships and building new referral networks, helping to grow both your profile and the practice.
What you'll do
You will bring a genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law, paired with strong technical foundations and a client first mindset. You will have experience managing matters end to end, delivering clear and empathetic advice, and confidently negotiating outcomes for your clients. You will enjoy building relationships, both with clients and referrers, and thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment. You will be proactive, commercially aware, and motivated by achieving great results while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
