Due to a steadily increasing workload, we currently have an opportunity within our Dublin office for an enthusiastic and motivated geologist to join our team. Given the diverse nature of SLR’s business, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and work across multiple geoscience disciplines.
This position is ideal for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and knowledge in engineering geology and/or geotechnical engineering and is or soon to be recognised as a professional, chartered geologist (PGeo). We are seeking an experienced Geologist / Engineering Geologist with a strong technical background and an excellent track record in project management. The role involves mentoring junior staff, so effective communication skills are essential.

The position will involve regular site work which may involve working on sites away from home for short periods.
It is desirable that applicants have some experience of using CAD or GIS software.
