Account Manager

Must love small businesses, be excited over their growth, and have a vision for making them even better. </div><p><br></p><div dir="auto">An average day will look like: </div><ul><li><div dir="auto">Speaking with clients to either strategize, update, receive needs/want, get approvals from or deliver results to </div></li><li><div dir="auto">Work with our team to build incredible strategies, campaigns and daily content that drives growth</div></li><li><div dir="auto">Ensuring we stay true to our word - that deadlines are met, priorities are focused on and results are delivered (and exceed our clients' expectations)</div></li><li><div dir="auto">Delivering daily, weekly and monthly reports to me so we stay on the same page </div></li><li><div dir="auto">Building and continuously evolving procedures and processes to make sure that we have the best customer experience, hands down </div></li></ul><div dir="auto">You will be responsible for helping our clients grow and share their stories with thousands and thousands of people in their communities.</div><p><br></p><div dir="auto">What you will have to be successful:</div><ul><li><div dir="auto">A bachelor's degree or above in marketing or business</div></li><li>A great understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, blogging, and basic website maintenance for platforms like WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace, Weebly and others.</li><li>Previous customer service experience</li><li><div dir="auto">Previous project management experience </div></li><li><div dir="auto">At least 1 year experience working in a marketing or tech agency, managing multiple clients (this is a must)</div></li><li><div dir="auto">Ability to handle multiple digital marketing clients with different needs at a time without breaking a sweat </div></li><li><div dir="auto">Previous experience using Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, SproutSocial, Dropbox and other tools</div></li><li><div dir="auto">An entrepreneurial spirit - you take a job and make it yours to help the company grow whenever you see an opportunity to do so </div></li></ul><div dir="auto">This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday-Friday 9-5 at our Springfield location.</div><span><div><br></div><div><br></div></span><span><br></span><p><br></p></div>
