    Job description

    Position Summary

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with and ensure all contract documents get executed in a timely manner.
    • Process incoming project contracts, SCO’s, subcontracts, and vendor change orders in a timely manner.
    • Create Blue Beam Session reviews for project contracts.
    • Assist is updating all contract document logs with SME and SWS.
    • Review Blue Beam sessions for project contracts and subcontracts.
    • Distribute weekly notifications of all log updates to relevant employees.
    • Assist in training and educating Sales and PM team members on contract procedures.
    • Assist in management of contract templates and document control.
    • Prepare contract documents for signature through DocuSign.
    • Support and encourage participation and compliance with contract processes among team members and other peers.
    • Process all project insurance needs, including CIP enrollment.
    • Processing and tracking project insurances.

    Qualifications

    • Must be able to perform tasks on at least Microsoft Office and be capable of learning other software.
    • Must be organized and able to pay close attention to detail.
    • Must be capable to solve issues and concerns with other team members and teach and promote SME’s contract procedures.
    • Must be capable of handling and processing many ongoing tasks.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
    • Must be able to communicate the complexities of contract compliance and protocols.
    • Must be able to perform tasks on at least Microsoft Office and be capable of learning other software.
    • Must be organized and able to pay close attention to detail.
    • Must be capable to solve issues and concerns with other team members and teach and promote SME’s contract procedures.
    • Must be capable of handling and processing many ongoing tasks.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Physical Demands

    • Must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a desk or computer, with regular use of hands and fingers for typing, using a computer mouse, and handling and processing documents.

    Work Environment

    • Primarily works in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to temperature changes.
    • Involves interaction with colleagues and occasional participation in meetings, both in-person and virtual.
