Senior Project Manager – Restaurant Construction

Who We Are
We’re a fast-growing general contracting team specializing in restaurant remodels, and national rollouts. We partner with top brands to bring their spaces to life—and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead projects, people, and client relationships at a high level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee large-scale or high-profile restaurant builds and rollouts
- Own project performance including schedule, budget, and overall success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including multi-location and national brands
- Lead coordination between subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Mentor and support junior PMs, project engineers, and field teams
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across projects
- Drive problem-solving, risk management, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health codes, and construction best practices
- Travel to job sites for key meetings, oversight, and progress tracking
What You Bring
- 7+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong experience with restaurant or retail construction projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Comfortable working with clients at a high level
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with construction/project management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
