Essential Job Duties
- Assist in documenting and refining operational methods and procedures to support evolving business needs.
- Coordinate components of systems and automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and end‑user support for new system implementations and enhancements.
- Coordinate closely with IT project managers to support the execution of roadmaps for system integration and automation initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for Operations end-users and IT project managers on assigned system and automation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to change management activities, including coordination of training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
- Help ensure that global systems and automation initiatives meet established quality, sustainability, and performance standards.
