Executive Legal Assistant

About the role  

As our Executive Legal Assistant, you will support the General Counsel and keep the Global Legal & Compliance department running smoothly. Working at the centre of an international organisation, you will bring structure to busy agendas, coordinate key activities and help people and priorities stay on track.

This is a varied and trusted role for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes—from executive support and team coordination to insider information administration and various processes.

The role is based at our Stockholm headquarters, within the Legal & Compliance team, and reports to the Global General Counsel.

What you will do 

• Be the trusted right hand to the General Counsel, managing calendars, travel, meetings, expenses and day-to-day priorities.
• Coordinate administrative and operational activities across the Global Legal & Compliance department, including meetings, events and leadership activities.
• Own the insider logbook, PDMR list and platform administration, while providing practical guidance on Market Abuse Regulation requirements and insider information procedures.
• Prepare and enhance presentations, reports and other business-critical documentation, and support department communications and intranet content.
• Manage invoices, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, archiving and records-management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and ways of working.

You are organised, proactive, and naturally good at creating structures. Trusted with sensitive information, you bring discretion, sound judgement, and a genuine desire to make work easier for the people around you.

You enjoy variety, stay calm when priorities shift, and take ownership from start to finish. With a collaborative and service-minded approach, you build strong relationships across functions, cultures and seniority levels.

What you bring 

• Relevant administrative education or equivalent professional experience, with proven experience supporting senior executives in a legal, corporate or similarly complex environment.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills, including managing multiple priorities, documentation, records and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, combined with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with invoice administration, purchasing processes and supplier coordination.
• Experience from a law firm, listed company or regulated industry is highly valued; knowledge of MAR, PDMR requirements, insider logbooks or StrictLog is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or legal AI tools such as Harvey or Legora is a plus, together with a way of working that reflects our values of Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
