PURPOSE
To lead the transformation of the Secure Power and Services (SPS) sales team towards a segment-focused structure, enhance channel management, improve productivity, and foster a strong team culture.
To mentor and develop young talent within the team, enabling them to achieve success in their career development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve the direct project sales targets for the Thailand business.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual strategic sales business plan.
- Support existing Socomec distributors and business partners, while developing new partnerships to promote and sell UPS solutions and associated critical power systems.
- Drive weekly and monthly sales meetings, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales opportunity data.
- Develop and strengthen business relationships with electrical contractors, providing education and training, influencing specifications for design-and-build projects, and preparing quotations for tenders and project requests.
- Drive the development and growth of key market segments and strategic end-user accounts, particularly within the data center industry
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in the power management, industrial automation, or related industries.
- Experience in data center sales is preferred.
