Test Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Trouble shooting - level 2 (testing scope)
  Support production when test bench failed
  Product / PCBA failure - RCA
  
• Test bench Maintenance
  Maintain and support existing production test benches and testing equipment
  Ensure test systems remain reliable, accurate, and fully operational
  Troubleshoot and resolve test system failures
  
• Test Process Improvement
  Improve test efficiency and cycle time
  Optimize test process and reduce false failures
  Enhance test automation and data collection (CPK analysis)
  Update PFMEA
  
• Quality & Compliance
  Ensure testing processes comply with quality standards and product specifications
  Analyze test data and identify quality trends
  Support root cause analysis for production quality issues
  
• Documentation & Reporting
  Create and maintain test procedures and technical documentation
  Ensure proper test data traceability
  Qualifications
  Education
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
  Electrical Engineering
  Electronics Engineering
  Mechatronics
  Test Engineering
  Experience
  Manufacturing experience, especially 5+ years in electronics or electrical industry test engineering. Understanding of test jigs, fixtures, and production test equipment used in manufacturing
  PCBA test technologies is plus (ICT,FCT etc)
  Technical Skills
  Test equipment and instrumentation
  Electrical and electronic testing
  Data acquisition systems
  Test automation and scripting (C#, LabVIEW, TestStand tools is a plus)
