Als Adviseur Bouwfysica bij SOCOTEC Building Performance werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten en vraagstukken op het gebied van energieprestatie, bouwfysica en het bouwbesluit. Je adviseert en ondersteunt klanten vanaf het eerste schetsontwerp tot en met de oplevering van een project.
Je vertaalt regelgeving en technische vraagstukken naar praktische en haalbare oplossingen. Daarbij ben je betrokken bij ontwerpkeuzes, vergunningsaanvragen, uitvoeringsvraagstukken en controles en metingen op locatie. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in samenwerking met collega’s en externe partijen.
