Looking to start your career in Project Management? Join Softeq’s Delivery Team and gain hands-on experience supporting innovative, global technology and engineering projects.

As a Project Management Office Intern, you will work closely with Project and Delivery Managers, learning how international technology consulting and engineering projects are planned, executed, and delivered.

Softeq delivers complex solutions across Internet of Things (IoT), industrial automation, embedded systems, hardware-enabled products, and large-scale web and cloud ecosystems. Our clients include Fortune 500 enterprises and cutting-edge technology startups.

Responsibilities:

• Support PMO and Project Managers in daily coordination activities;
• Assist in preparing project schedules, documentation, and reports;
• Help organize meetings, Agile ceremonies, and status updates;
• Maintain project information in Jira and Confluence;
• Track action items, risks, and issues;
• Assist in preparing presentations and customer-facing materials;
• Contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Interest in technology, engineering, and digital solutions;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
