Senior II Solution Engineer

Join our team as Embedded Solutions Engineer. In this dynamic role, you will lead the preparation and design of embedded solutions across diverse application areas such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Healthcare, Consumer Electronics and Robotics. 

We are looking for a senior technical contributor who combines deep embedded expertise with strong communication and coordination skills. The role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys presales engagement, shaping solutions early, and contributing to business development through technical leadership.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to evolve initial requirements into a clear, feasible, and well‑defined technical solution;

• Lead architecture design activities for firmware and embedded software projects of various complexity;

• Lead and coordinate research and evaluation of new technologies to reduce uncertainty, validate feasibility, and guide solution direction in emerging or ambiguous technical areas;

• Provide realistic solution estimates and review/validate estimates provided by team members to ensure alignment with requirements and Client needs;

• Create and present technical documentation that clearly communicates solution architecture, decisions, and implementation strategy to clients and stakeholders;

• Support project teams during the delivery stage by providing architectural guidance and continuity from presales, ensuring an effective feedback loop.

Position Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Strong expertise in embedded systems, including hardware, firmware, and software system layers;

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the specifics of Hardware/Embedded projects delivery;

• Hands-on experience with modern embedded architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, Cortex-R) and software systems (Bare Metal, RTOS, Linux/Android);

• Knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle, including hardware design, manufacturing, and hardware/firmware integration aspects;

• Production experience with complex multi-component projects (featuring hardware, firmware, software, mobile, backend).

Communication and Coordination Skills:

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2+ level);

• Clear and confident communication of technical concepts to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams;

• Ability to coordinate across multiple streams and contribute to several ongoing initiatives under tight deadlines;

• Strong attention to detail, process oriented approach, and ability to maintain trust and alignment across teams during presales and delivery stages.
