• Poland (employment or B2B contract)

Senior/Lead Xamarin Developer

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET

• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns

• Proven experience building Xamarin applications end-to-end

• Experience designing application architecture from scratch

• Experience with native iOS or Android development (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java)

• Ability to estimate development effort accurately

• Strong team player with open, informal communication style, both within and outside the team

• Good written and verbal English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Xamarin.iOS, Xamarin.Android, or Xamarin.Forms

• Familiarity with iOS and Android SDKs

• Experience with Xamarin Studio, Android Studio, or Xcode

Responsibilities:

• Design application and task-level architecture, applying modern technologies, practices, and methodologies

• Implement Xamarin applications from scratch

• Assign and distribute tasks across the development team

• Estimate development effort for tasks and features

• Solve complex technical problems and propose improvements

• Perform code reviews and maintain code quality standards

• Share knowledge and mentor teammates
