Project – the aim you’ll have
On behalf of our client from the media sector, we are looking for a proactive and analytical person who wants to develop e-commerce products and solutions that combine advertising, content and online sales. Join an organization that builds its products based on data and modern technologies. Your main goal will be to deliver business insights, purchase path analyses and recommendations that support the development of innovative products guiding users from inspiration to purchase. You will work with the Product, Sales, AdTech and IT teams, as well as e-commerce partners, to optimize users' shopping experience and maximize revenue from e-commerce solutions. Prior experience in the retail industry is not required; we value curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Role – how you’ll contribute
- Analyze the performance of e-commerce products and the full user journey, from ad exposure or content interaction to purchase
- Define and monitor key metrics (CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, Product Click Rate, Conversion Rate, ROAS, AOV) and identify conversion barriers
- Analyze the performance of advertising products (video, display, programmatic, retail media) and their impact on e-commerce sales
- Build dashboards and reports for product, sales and management teams, automate reporting and monitor data quality
- Design and analyze A/B tests covering purchase paths, product presentation, e-commerce formats and UX/UI changes
- Combine advertising, analytics, transactional and behavioral data to build attribution models, user segmentation and measurement frameworks for commerce media and retail media
- Identify trends, anomalies and revenue growth opportunities, and turn them into business recommendations
Expectations – the experience you need
- Strong proficiency in SQL and the ability to independently write complex analytical queries
- Experience in analyzing e-commerce, product or digital marketing data
- Ability to formulate business recommendations based on data
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of statistics, data analysis and methods for measuring digital product performance
- Experience with e-commerce/retail projects
- Experience in user behavior analysis and conversion rate optimization
- Understanding of marketing attribution and customer journey analytics
- Very good command of Polish, both spoken and written (required)
Additional skills – the edge you have
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, BigQuery and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Experience in analyzing A/B tests and product experiments
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ad Manager, AdOcean, DSP/SSP)
- Knowledge of Python or R for analysis automation and data modeling
