Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Monterrey
A wedding order placed on a Sunday night becomes wood shavings, dye baths, glue, and a ship date on our Monterrey floor by Monday morning. Somebody has to make that handoff clean. That somebody is this role.
Sola Wood Flowers handcrafts wedding flowers and home decor from sola wood. Our Monterrey facility (about 100 people) runs two flows at once: high-volume catalog SKUs and made-to-order bridal builds against fixed wedding dates. We are hiring a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to be the connective tissue of that floor - the person who turns plans, orders, and data into a day that actually runs on time.
What you will own
Who thrives here
You like being the person who knows what is actually happening. You walk the floor constantly, but you are also genuinely good in spreadsheets. You would rather fix the process than write a memo about the problem.
We run on data. The honest version: people get in trouble here for hiding bad numbers, never for surfacing them. We run EOS / Traction with OKRs, we do more with less, and no task is beneath anyone - if the pallet needs moving, we move the pallet.
What you need
Strongly preferred: experience in hand-assembly, made-to-order, or labor-intensive manufacturing - furniture, decor, packaging, apparel, promo goods, or maquila-style operations.
Do not apply if you want a pure desk job with no floor time, or a big-company role where every system is already built. Here you help build the systems.
What you get
How hiring works
A quick intro call, then a practical interview including a real planning scenario. We hire in 8 to 10 days on average. Apply now and expect to hear back this week.
