What You’ll Do
You’ll work with a team to clean, restore, and maintain floors and surfaces in commercial facilities throughout your area. Depending on your experience and training, you’ll learn to:
- Clean and maintain carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, hardwood, and other surfaces
- Use professional floor-care equipment and tools
- Perform services such as scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and other specialized floor-care work
- Follow safety procedures and SOLID quality standards
- Work alongside experienced technicians and learn new skills on the job
- Deliver great service for our customers
What We’re Looking For
- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Want to learn a skilled trade and build a career
- Enjoy hands-on, active work
- Work well as part of a team
- Can work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift
- Can travel occasionally based on customer needs
- Can meet applicable client-site background requirements
Floor care, janitorial, facilities, maintenance, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is helpful — but not required for entry-level opportunities.
