Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for providers, staff, patients, and families. Conduct clinical and staff rounding and facilitate the flow of patient care. Provide back-up assistance for staff. Participate actively in clinical, quality, safety, service, and work flow improvements. Manage clinical projects with the opportunity to serve on committees. Schedule is every third weekend (Saturday/Sunday 0600-1830 day shift) with weekday shifts 1800-0630 (night shift). Schedule is based on a two week schedule (48 hours a pay period).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
