Scientist - Analysis and Biophysical Characterization of Biomolecules - 100% - f/m/d

Responsibilities

• Analytical testing and scientific support for customer projects in the area of biopharmaceutical molecules (proteins/peptides) and ATMPs (LNPs, AAVs, RNA)
• Main focus on techniques such as AUC, CD and FTIR in a team of ca. 12 colleagues (technicians and scientists)
• Responsibility for instruments in a qualified environment including performance of periodic tests, organization of maintenance
• Ensure analytical activities align with health, safety, environmental and GMP/ISO 9001 quality standards
• Support quality management tasks (e.g. QE, OOS, CR) and organize/execute projects adhering to GMP/ISO 9001 quality standards

Qualifications

• Educational background in biochemistry, analytical sciences or a related field with focus on AUC, CD and FTIR in solution
• Strong communication, organization and planning skills
• Independent, detail-oriented work style and a team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent in English (additionally German and/or French is beneficial)
