What this role is all about
Key Job FunctionsWhat you’ll be doing
A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to be flexible and work both the front of house and the café kitchen
Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Experience in coffee shop environments strongly desired
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors, and co-workers

Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job Information
Pay ranges from $22 - $22.50, e base pay offered may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and specific/overall experience.
