What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules
Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community
Completing minor repairs and other tasks as assigned
Monitoring housekeeping, laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment
Reporting supply needs and helping maintain appropriate inventory
Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed
Providing laundry services as needed
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the community
Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
The ideal candidate:
Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Is reliable and able to work independently
Has strong attention to detail
Enjoys interacting with older adults
Provides friendly and professional customer service
Works well as part of a team
Is willing to learn and help wherever needed
