- At least 3 years of experience in IIB.
- At least 4+ years of experience in WMB, IIB.
- At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Requirement Elicitation and Gathering.
- Support QA and production implementation of releases.
- Conduct review of Design, Code, Unit test results and other deliverables.
- Execute implementation plan for production rollout.
- Creating requirement specifications and use case narratives.
- Communication with stakeholders regarding project schedule, progress and open issues.
- Providing clarifications of the Business requirements to the development and testing teams.
- Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Development team e.g. Application and Component Design, Unit test plans etc.
- Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Testing team e.g. Testing Strategy, System and Regression test plan, System test scripts etc.
- Experience in Insurance domain.
- Experience in Onsite/offshore communication.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Good communication skills and Analytical Skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Experience in working in distributed agile model.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
