- Strong Requirement Elicitation & Analysis skills
- Should have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design
- Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide ontime status.
- Strong in basic concepts of Data warehousing.
- Experience in developing Multidimensional and tabular cube with knowledge on writingMDX and batch queries
- Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting of MSBI jobs and reports
- Good Programming skills in SQL Server and MS BI(SSIS/SSRS/SSAS).
- Good Analytical skills with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experienced in designing and developing Reports using SSRS
- Performance optimization of MS SQL Queries and SSIS packages
- Good knowledge on .NET scripting preferred
- Should have worked on various sources, destinations and transformations in SSIS.
- Should have worked on all types of reports like batch, online, pass through in SSRS.
- Strong Analytical skills to identify/Fix/Provide suggestions/solutions to any issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication andlistening skills
- Should have played client facing roles
- Must have worked in on-site/offshore model
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
