Responsibilities
- Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements
- Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
- Writes programs according to specifications from higher level staff or business analysts
- Develop technical documentation
- Resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing production applications to ensure the efficient and proper functioning of application components
- Collaborates with technical staff to learn and understand software problems
- Generates a variety of complex and periodic reports and/or data through database management, data administration and data extraction techniques
- Provides general system users and management with system analysis and feedback
- Maximizes the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs

- Unit and Integration testing of the modules developed.
Musts
Five (5) or more years of Web application development experience using Microsoft VB .Net, C# & SQL Server.
Hands on job experience on the following are required:
- C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, Web services, WCF/REST, XML, LINQ, Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014, ADO.NET
- Object oriented design and programming. (Understand and have used design patterns)
- Experience with XML and XSLT
- Excellent code troubleshooting and testing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing Web Services (Legacy, WCF, SOAP, RESTful)
- Experience developing Web Forms, MVP, MVC, MVVM, SPA based web applications
- Experience working in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Business Experience
- BA/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience
Wants
- IBM MQ experience,

- IBM Rational ClearCase Microsoft SourceSafe or TFS
