PlayStationのオンラインサービスを設計、構築、運用するエンジニアリングチームのメンバーを募集しています。PlayStationのオンラインサービスでは、フレンドとのメッセージやボイスチャットのようなエンドユーザ―向けサービスから、スコアランキングやマッチメイキング等のゲーム開発者向けサービスなど、さまざまなサービスを提供しており、世界でも有数の大規模ネットワークサービスを展開しています。
本ポジションで参画していただいたメンバーには、サービスリライアビリティエンジニアとしてサーバーサイドアプリケーション開発チームの一員として、サービスの信頼性、性能、効率、セキュリティの確保を担っていただきます。技術的なチャレンジを伴う、大規模サービスを安定的かつ効率的に提供し続ける業務を通じ、エンジニアとして成長することができます。

私たちはPlayStationのオンラインサービスの企画・設計・開発・運用を担っているエンジニアリング部門です。PlayStationのライフサイクルを構成する、クライアントソフトウェアからゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャルコミュニティ機能等のプラットフォームサービスまで、幅広くコンシューマーやゲームデベロッパーに提供しています。
20代、30代の若い社員が多く所属する部署です。技術、コスト、効率といったことを論点にフラットな議論ができる職場となっております。職業柄ゲームが好きな社員が多く、提供しているサービスに対する思い入れも強いです。日本国外の部門、企業との協業の機会が多いため、ミーティングはもちろん、海外出張の機会も数多くあります。
