Overview
SOSi is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to support our Technology & Engineering (T&E) business headquartered in Reston, VA. The Capture Manager is responsible for leading capture teams (to include business development staff, line staff, functional staff, subject matter experts, and teammates) in pursuit of key corporate opportunities with DoD and Federal Government civilian agency customers. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development / Capture for the T&E Business Unit, the successful candidate will own and prosecute a pipeline of opportunities valued in the $50-150M range and above and will have ultimate responsibility for successful outcomes.
