Business Analyst - Technical

Description: Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking experienced business analysts with software development background to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or product, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. You will be part of a team of world-class engineers, designers, and scientists, working together in a fast-paced startup environment. You will have ownership over the projects you work on, and have the flexibility to influence customer engagement and product design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Elicit business requirements from business users and domain experts; Define and document requirements;
• Analyze and prioritize requirements;
• Write functional specifications;
• Own and develop relationship with partners or clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Perform business process design in conjunction with operations teams;
• Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis;
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle;
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
