Job Duties:
- Lead, coordinate, and work alongside the underground install crew on sewer and drain line installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed to code, meets quality standards, and is completed on time.
- Coach, train, and mentor install helpers to develop their skills and maintain safety protocols.
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure jobs are adequately supplied and tools are in working condition.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inside residential plumbing projects as needed.
- Minimize call-backs by delivering exceptional quality workmanship the first time.
- Follow all applicable state and local plumbing codes and company policies.
