- Role Specific Responsibilities
- Greets, escorts and transports patients and visitors.
- Collaborates with auxiliary staff.
- Lead: Assigns greeters/transporters to designated areas.
- Lead: Coordinates work and patient flow to utilize staff efficiently
- Lead: Assists manager/supervisor with staff scheduling.
- Lead: Provides input on staff performance/evaluations
- Lead: Assist with development, and delivery of, training for new staff while providing input on onboarding processes.
- Leas: Superuser for Epic/Transport platform and Rovers
- OR Transporter: Assists staff in turning over rooms
- OR Transporter: Assist in cleaning surgery rooms
- OR Transporter: Assists in pulling instruments for cases.
Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
