Assemble frames in accordance to the required quality and quantity standards.
Operator must be able to assemble different styles/types of wood components which include a combination of many different parts for final frame assembly.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must learn to read daily schedule and various styles listed.
Understand and prioritize order of assembly in accordance to work schedule.
Identify correct parts for respective styles to be assembled.
Retrieve required parts from storage area in accordance to requirements of work schedule.
Set up work station with blocks, parts and tools necessary to build each day’s production.
Assemble frame on stationary or swivel fixture using required hand tools and pneumatic tools.
Monitor production throughout the day to maintain required level of production.
Identify defective parts and replace or repair as needed.
Must be able to move heavily loaded buggies safely.
Properly stack assembled frames in accordance to guidelines for maximum quantities as related to safe handling procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work station.
Assist others when necessary.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Participate in safety training and safety meetings.
Report any hazards or risks related to policies or procedures.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Basic reading and writing skills required.
Ability to read, understand and communicate the English language.
