This is an opportunity for an orthodontist who thrives in a busy clinical environment, enjoys a full schedule, and is motivated by both exceptional patient care and practice growth. Bear Braces is looking for an experienced orthodontist who is comfortable treating a high volume of patients, can lead with confidence, and wants to play a meaningful role in taking an already successful practice to its next level. The position offers a full-time schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, with occasional Saturdays. As the Lead Orthodontist at Bear Braces, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the practice, the team, and the patients you serve. You'll step into an established, high-volume practice with the infrastructure and administrative support to keep you focused on patient care. Your focus will be clinical excellence, patient relationships, team leadership, and continued practice growth. The administrative burden is handled by the support organization, giving you more time to do what you do best, practice orthodontics and lead your team.

    • Occasional Saturdays throughout the year

    • Total earning potential of up to $600,000!
    • Attractive sign-on and/or retention bonus
    • Investment opportunity
    • Doctor stipend
    • Relocation assistance, if applicable
    • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k)
    • Malpractice insurance

    • A people-first culture
    • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing practice
    • And many additional perks and rewards

Want a weekend in Austin? It's an easy drive.

This opportunity is specifically designed for an experienced orthodontist who wants to lead, produce, and grow.

    The ideal candidate is:

    • An experienced orthodontist who is comfortable in a high-volume practice

    • Flexible and committed to increasing access to care
    • A strong communicator and team leader
    • Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience

You'll have the clinical autonomy to practice orthodontics, the support to focus on patients rather than administration, and the earning potential to build a significant career.

Lead the practice. Grow the team. Deliver exceptional care. And build your future in Texas.
