We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join one of our AdTech project.
What you will be working on:
- contribute to account growth by exploring new opportunities with partners;
- communicate daily with programmatic partners and support their operations;
- maintain warm and friendly relationships with all partners;
- monitor partner activity and basic performance metrics;
- handle discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with partners;
- proactively follow up on traffic or delivery issues;
- support partners with technical and operational questions;
- analyze partners’ performance based on key metrics and KPIs, and implement improvements accordingly.
Your background:
- fluent English;
- experience in customer service, account management, or similar client-facing roles;
- knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
- high level of attention to details and accuracy;
- initiative and ability to work independently;
- structured thinking and time management skills;
- effective written and verbal communication skills;
- strong interpersonal skills;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Will be a plus:
- experience within AdTech industry;
- experience working with international partners.
