Forklift Operator/ General Laborer

Your Role as a Forklift Operator / General Laborer

As a Forklift Operator / General Laborer at Spartan Logistics, you'll help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly by:

Forklift Operation

• Operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts (and other material-handling equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, pallets, and inventory to designated areas throughout the warehouse.
• Inspecting forklifts before and after use and reporting mechanical issues.
• Following all safety rules, speed limits, and warehouse traffic guidelines.

General Labor Duties

• Performing order picking, packing, palletizing, and staging of product.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving processes.
• Using hand tools and warehouse equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, debris clearing).
• Supporting inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Following supervisors' instructions and completing work efficiently.
