As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive company growth. This position requires a hands-on leader who is highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Lead, mentor, and train employees on effective sales strategies providing guidance & support to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement, and drive process optimization.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide updates on key performance areas.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring cost control and profitability.
